Hi, my name is Randy Hoefle, I have lived in this area my entire life. I’ve raised my kids here. My family has been in the real estate business since the mid 70’s. My grandfather developed several neighborhoods in the Granger area. My mother and grandfather built custom homes in some of these neighborhoods. Because of my family’s involvement in real estate and working for other brokerages.
My mom decided to start First Realty over 25 years ago. She believed we could do a better more personable job for our customers. I have been around this industry since I was a young child. I observed and learned what goes into being a good trusted real estate broker. I decided to join the family business in 2007. I’ve watched the real estate market grow in this and surrounding areas by leaps and bounds. I understand what goes into a house and the value of a home. I am a seasoned real estate agent with over 18 years of experience serving St Joe and Elkhart counties. My expertise lies in knowing the area, property valuations, negotiation, and market analysis, ensuring clients get the best deals and outcomes.
